Alsoomse Wildcat Legend

The Pixie Bob is bred to resemble The North American Bobcat...Then let us introduce you to Alsoomse Wildcat Legend, Aka Duke. Duke has the most incredible resemblance to a Bobcat and takes our breath away.

Duke is an exceptional large male kitten, he blows us away with his superb face and build at just eleven months old. Just look at that hooded eye and amazing broad muzzle and strong chin. He has the most outstanding wild look, so Bobcatty and so un-tame. Duke has a show length bobtail, he is straight foot, Lynx ear tips and is covered in super clear spots, including his legs. He has the most remarkable broad nose and a substantial muzzle and strong chin. He has a superb hooded eye with a fantastic shape and incredible boning. Very clear thumb prints on the back tips of his ears and black to the hock on his back legs.

He has an incredible pedigree with a wonderful combination of our own and our foundation Pacific North West bloodlines. He is one of only a hand full of Studs in the world to have his DAM BLOODLINE TRACING STRAIGHT BACK TO PIXIE HERSELF WITH-IN A FEW GENERATIONS, the namesake of the Pixie Bob Breed.

Alsoomse Wildcat Legend has a truly significant ancestry, he is only seven generations from StoneIslands Pixie. Included in his pedigree is StoneIslands Pixer (Pixie's son) and Lady Sasha, Pixier's only ever living kitten. Having 12 titles in the first five generation of his pedigree including, RW QGC CatyCorners Boswell Of Dixie Pixie, QGC SpringCreek’s Show Stopper Diva, RW GRC SpringCreek’s Ridge Walker, DGC Wildings Cedarmist Of TouchStone to name a few.

Duke has a super sweet disposition and loves to tell you what is going on in the woeld. He loves his cuddles and kisses...a real big pussycat! Duke will become a Daddy later in the year when he is more mature and we can not wait to see his kittens.

Alsoomse Legends Dream

Alsoomse Legends Dream, Aka Legend is a very large male who is the sibling to Duke. Legend is longhair, straight foot, has huge thick legs, a Bobtail and super Lynx ear tips. He has a fabulous broad nose and muzzle with a strong chin, giving him that diamond shape and a wonderful pear shape head. He has tremendous boning and his shoulders and neck are solid and so broad. Both of these boys are incredible, in their wild looks and large size.

To match his exceptional standard, his pedigree consists of StoneIsland Pixie (the namesake of the breed) which is in his pedigree several times in the first few generations giving him a direct Stud line to Pixie herself. Included in his pedigree is also StoneIsland Lucy (Pixie’s daughter), StoneIsland Pixer (Pixie’s son), StoneIsland Stormy (Pixie’s Grand-daughter) StoneIsland Lioness (Pixie’s daughter), the fabulous Nativesons El Gato, StoneIsland Bobby Woodruff, an incredible large Pixie Bob and StoneIsland Lady Sasha, Pixer’s only ever living kitten.

Legend is a true gentleman and so very, very loving. He is putty in your hand when you give him a tummy rub and adores his cheeks being tickled. He’ll sit all day for kisses on his forehead. At just 12 months old he loves to play and sit with the wind in his fur, it’s so funny to watch! When the sun is out you will catch him on his top pad soaking it up. Just the sight of him gives you Goosebumps!

Legend is staying with us at the moment but, will be joining a breeding program in the near future.

Alsoomse Dixies Sundance

Alsoomse Dixie's Sundance is a very large male with a wild distinct Bobcat-like appearance. Both Sundance's Dam and Sire are very large Pixie Bobs with that outstanding old Pacific Northwest look that so many Pixie Bob breeders are trying to recreate. Sundance magnifies this fantastic look. With 11 Champions alone in a five generation pedigree, not including a full side of StoneIsland Pixie Bobs / Legend cats. Being the grandson of our 02 foundation Dam his pedigree revels the reason why he surpasses the wonderful characteristics and look of his ancestors.

Sundance is shorthair and has a wonderful dense coat with great loft standing off the body. He has a bobtail, large poly feet, he has a huge thick neck well muscled with broad shoulders. He has a perfect diamond broad muzzle and very strong chin, pear shape head with Bobcatty cheeks and a fabulous hooded eye with a large broad nose. Sundance has substantial boning and great depth to his body. His shoulders and hipbones are very prominent, producing a rolling gait.

Sundance has a tremendous temperament and is very playful. He is happy to sit and watch what you are doing and when the fancy takes him have a mad five minutes run around. He takes great pride in grooming himself and I'm sure if he had the chance would be forever checking himself out in a mirror. He is very, very laid back and will only move when he really wants to.....his favourite pastime being food!

QGC Raindance Of Alsoomse

ALSOOMSE are very proud of Rain Dance of Alsoomse. Rain Dance is one of our Pixie Bob studs here at Alsoomse. With his wonderful poly feet, short bobtail, amazing spots, beautiful straight eyes and a marvellous temperament, I am sure he will have the ladies falling over themselves! Pixie Bob Sire is Dixiepixie’s Cedar and Pixie Bob Dam is VIP du Farwest.

Rain Dance has outstanding ancestry on his Sire side: his GG Grandfather is StoneIsland Bob, his Dam is StoneIsland Amy, her Dam is StoneIsland Monster and her Dam is StoneIsland Pixie herself, the namesake and foundation Pixie Bob (in other words, you can trace Rain Dance's lineage directly back to Pixie).

On his Dam side he has an equally amazing pedigree: His Great Granddad being StoneIsland’s Harley Davidson, his Sire is StoneIsland’s Red Fox, his Dam is StoneIsland’s Tiffany, her Dam StoneIsland Lucy and her Dam being StoneIsland Pixie, again Rain Dance’s pedigree going to Pixie. So, on both sides Pixie is his GGGG grand parent.

Being a leading cattery for the Pixie Bob in the UK we were thrilled when Rain Dance was the first Pixie Bob in the UK to gain his Quadruple Grand Championship making Alsoomse the first cattery. We have now retired Rain Dance from the Show ring as he started to not enjoy himself so, that was the end of his show career. He is more than happy playing Hubby to the girls and has produced us some super big and wild looking babies.…….
